His Early Life
This is a story of a man whose dream was financial freedom. The word financial freedom means for him is to be free from every aspect of problems related to finance. Financial freedom can come from the compounding system and the significance of this system is properly described in this story by which this man has fulfill his dreams. He proves that if we can dare to dream then we can fulfill it. The journey of Raju Kumar Singh started since 2002 when he was a student of Masters in Computer Application 2nd year.
He was a brilliant student who studied in Kolkata but he belongs from a middle class family of Bihar and his father earning source of cultivation. For his studies he has to struggle a lot because his father was unable to bear full expenses. He had to live in a small hostel at Belgharia,kolkata. To bear his own expenses he used to work part time in computer related works. He was already looking for a better platform for earning.
At that time he was very lucky to know about Direct Selling Industries (MLM). That time was crucial for him as he was also looking for a opportunity to earn. So he could complete his studies and at the same time he could work to build a career in network business.
How & Why Raju Kumar Becomes Motivation Speaker
When he was in direct selling business he always motivate his team members. After achieving enormous success in direct selling business he wanted to share his experience with people. He found out many people out there is still struggling. So he wanted to spread his knowledge and make a impact on others life. So after that since last 17 years he keep inspiring more than 3 lacs people all over the world. He conducted more than 351 national and international seminars and he trained more than 80 thousand people world wide.
How Direct Selling Industry Changed His Life?
The journey of his career and dream life started with direct selling organization. He started his own direct selling business and faced many difficulties during that time. He has to face many rejections and difficulties. But those incident did not affect his vision and as unable to shake his confidence. He empower himself and he changed his way of thinking, his perception, communication etc. He started working on things he was not good at. Gradually he expand his business in several parts in India by the support, effort and guidance from his mentor. He started guiding his associates and it helped to grow his business.
By the time passes, he wanted to share his stories to others and encourage people who gave up on their dreams. So he started giving training in different subjects like achieving dreams, goals setting, communication skill , mlm education with new people.
People often gave him a hard time. He tried everything – from joining network marketing company and tried whatever to make a living. But nothing was working for him. Mr. Kumar witnessed the harassment and experienced exploitation from others. He believed that time is the only commodity that we cannot trade with anything else in the world. And he also believed that one’s time is ones world. What makes Mr. Raju Kumar a different entrepreneur than others is his intense passion to inspire and help others. This is also why he wanted to contribute to the personal development field by giving free motivational and skill seminars from time to time.
Direct selling gives him everything – money, fame, lifestyle, experience, knowledge. Mr. Raju Kumar Singh till now visits foreign countries like –Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Macau, Sri Lanka,Indonesia, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Turkey, London, Australia, Germany, France and Switzerland for leadership conclave. Although during this period of time he couldn’t able to give time in business activities, but his training helps many people to change their views on life and that is what matters the most to him. He has travelled in various places to give motivational training to many people. He believe that their blessings are helping him to get success in his life.

When he decided to become a professional in motivational speaking that journey was also not easy. To turn himself a better public speaker, initially he had to use sliders. As he creates his own content he had to think every time what could he solve by providing the speech? Was it enough to impact people mind and heart? But he made those anyway.
